Not included
Logo and brand identity
If you have no logo, we set your business name in a clean typeface. Designing a full brand is a separate job we do not take on.
Domain and email costs
A domain is roughly £10–15 a year and business email from £3 a month, paid by you directly to the registrar. You own both, which is exactly how it should be.
Ongoing marketing
Your site is set up for Google from day one. Ads and social media are a separate job, and we can recommend people who do them well.

Online booking
From £250
Your booking system (TeamUp, Cliniko, Jane App, Glofox and others) added to your site to match its look, and tested with your real diary. Most clinics, gyms and studios pay between £250 and £400.
Property listings
From £600
Property listings with search and filters, pulled from the same system that sends your homes to Rightmove and Zoopla. The price is fixed once we have checked your setup.

Here are straight answers to common questions about our prices.
Yes. £395 covers a four-page custom site with writing, photography, Google setup and launch. Most small trade and clinic sites fit four to eight pages, which puts real projects between £395 and £495. Extras like online booking or property listings have their own fixed price on top.
A batch is one round of updates sent together: a price change, a new team member, swapped photos and a tweaked paragraph is one batch at £25. Ten separate emails across a month would be ten batches, which is exactly why the retainer exists for frequently-updated sites.
Only the ones you pay directly and own: your domain (roughly £10–15 a year) and business email if you want it (from £3 a month). Hosting for a site this size usually costs nothing. Nothing is marked up and nothing renews through us by default.
Agency quotes pay for account managers, an office and weeks of planning meetings. We have none of that overhead, so we charge less. Every site still gets the same build quality and testing.
No, we don't do deposits. The invoice needs to be paid in full before we start any work. The price is agreed in writing before you pay, and it only changes if you ask for more, in which case we price the extra before doing it.
Yes. Mention it on the form and we will invoice to suit your bookkeeping. The prices shown are the prices you pay, with nothing added to the invoice.
